Positive Psychology Lesson
In this positive psychology lesson exercise students individually create 2 slides on a shared presentation to present a ‘Zen Style’ approach to “Staying Positive” (2mins)
To complete the task each member of the class should choose an article, program or idea and present it to the group that is linked to Positive Psychology & that they find quite interesting.
Criteria to address:
– describe a strong link between your article and Positive Psychology.
– highlight the essential elements that stood out for you as being very interesting.
– explain in detail how this might help people become more positive.
– critically analyze the article in regards to its Pros and Cons.
